Description |
The Sealed Knot's English Civil War re-enactment of the Battle of Furness with a commentary explaining the battle to the watching crowds. Stall holders in historical costumes selling goods at the Dalton Market centenary historic fair. A town crier reads out a proclamation to open the fair then a brass band plays, children dance around a maypole and enjoy rides on a bicycle powered merry-go-round. The film ends with views of Furness Abbey and exhibits in the museum. |
