Description

A film about hygiene in meat and milk production. After shots of a field full of cows, there are scenes of cows being milked by both hand and machine at the dairy of R&J Holden of Leigh. Empty bottles are washed and sterilised, then filled with milk and sealed. Cartons marked 'Tuberculin Tested Milk' are filled and sealed. An inspection of meat in an abbatoir is seen, and clumps of viscera are sliced open by a meat inspector.
