Description

Film of a visit to the USA and Canada. There is footage from on board a ship leaving Southampton and in the Atlantic and of New York Harbour and skyline. There are shots of New York both from the ground and from a skyscraper. The film continues in Hartford, Connecticut with footage in a garden and of suburban streets and parks. There are also shots of a forest, a lake and a church. Children are seen playing. A bridge is seen before footage from Quebec, Canada, including shots from a native Canadian settlement. There is footage of a family(?) in a garden before further shots from New York Harbour as the boat departs and Southampton Docks as it reaches England.
