Description |
Workmen demolishing the Parish room in Withington begin with the floor joists then the partition walls before we see boys smashing the wall plaster and burning the wood on a bonfire. Later we see workmen demolishing the foundations and loading timber onto a trailer that is being pulled by a tractor. People including children dancing to a band in the new village hall which according to a plaque opened 10/4/66. |
