Description

The sons of Mr Joshua Preston on holiday with their wives. They are seen walking along a coastal promenade, having afternoon tea in the grounds of a hotel and visiting a railway exhibition in York. Further scenes include interior shots of a cafe, a pier destroyed by fire and various shipping vessels moored in a busy dock. Also includes footage of a couple of dogs, with charity boxes strapped to their bodies, collecting money from passers-by in the street.
