Description |
Compilation of events during 1973 and 1974 at St Alban's Church, Blackburn. Views of the church hall and school. The Good Friday Procession is seen, with a cross being carried through the streets before an outdoor Mass is held. There are rooftop views of the church and surrounding area, probably taken from a crane. Bi-Centenary Mass is seen on 20 June 1966 and several members of the congregation are seen with Papal medals, including John Conlon, a local school master. Good Friday and the May Procession in 1974, as well as a service in the church grounds for Corpus Christi in the same year. |
