Description

After footage of a supermarket shelf, a narrator introduces the Steam Peeling System developed by Mather and Platt for root vegetables. The film shows carrots being fed into the Peeler, a rotating pressurised drum which steams off the skins.The narrator then describes various options available to the purchaser.
