Description

A film showing the work done by the Conservation Corps as part of the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers. We see the volunteers working on a variety of different projects in the Beacon Fell area. They dig out stones to be used in a drystone wall around the ruins of a building. They repair footpaths and the roof of a folly. They also clear out a muddy pool and fix a wooden walkway through some wetland before digging a trench. There are lots of shots of the local scenery, including Roddlesworth Nature Trail.
