Description |
Scenes showing Blackpool Pleasure Beach with crowds of holidaymakers walking amongst rides close to the Funhouse and around the Noah's Ark attraction. Children, including the filmmaker's son David, take rides in Flying Machines, toy boats and on a miniature ferris wheel. Children ride on a horse carousel and play on swings and slides in a playground. A miniature railway carrying tourists is seen. David and friend Peter Hill are seen with other children rowing boats on Stanley Park lake and amongst flowers inside the Park conservatory. Concludes with family members on the beach near the North Pier, building sand castles and eating ice creams. |
