Description |
Activities of the 3rd Barrow in Furness (Grammar School) Scout Troop. The scouts go half-term hostelling in the Lake District, and spend New Year at Coniston. Their Easter hostelling trip takes in the Pennine Way, and Spring Bank Holiday near Cartmell. In all these trips the scouts go hill walking and scrambling. At Eskdale, scenes of scout life at summer camp - morning inspection, flag breaking, doing a 'good turn' by gardening for the vicar, and baking scones in a home made earth oven. |
