Description |
The opening of a new building at a Burnley gasworks. The mayor makes a speech in front of an invited audience which includes local MP Wilfrid Burke, before another man unveils a plaque. There is a tour of the site before the film cuts to a formal event at which several men walk to the top table to shake hands with the mayor. |
