Description |
Footage of the activities of the 72nd Boys' Brigade troop of the Manchester Battalion. Scenes from a camping holiday at Penrhynside in 1931, are followed by views of a Boys' Brigade Church Procession through the streets of Edinburgh in the same year. The 1932 camp at Rhyl is seen, with the boys on a trip to Rhuddlan Castle and playing games on site. The film ends with newsreel footage from the 1933 Boys' Brigade Jubilee celebrations in Glasgow - Prince George is in attendance and is seen watching the 30,000 participants march past and salute. |
