Description |
Scenes around construction and demolition sites in Ordsall. A tower block is being built, while there are shots of cleared land. Men work on the foundations of new buildings and slot together the pre-fabricated wall sections. Terraces are demolished, and in the remaining streets, women are seen scrubbing the pavements in front of their houses. There is a shot of an off-licence, and the film ends with a parade. |
