As part of Radcliffe's Charter celebrations, the Mayor and members of the council are seen at a luncheon, probably at the Central Senior Council School. Afterwards, they assemble outside prior to taking part in a parade throught the streets - floats from the Radcliffe Junior School are seen participating. |
