Description |
Opens with shots of John Potter playing on a beach. Continues with a model yacht race on the lake at Lindow Common. Continues with scenes of domestic life in and around Bowdon; the garden and countryside: Robert and his family cross a stile and walk through fields and woods, examining mushrooms. John is seen in school uniform - his cap has the initials 'BDH', and he is seen playing on a tricycle. Features shots of a dart board, shots of traffic: a large load moved by lorry, a delivery boy on a bicycle, and cars on a dual carriageway. The family are seen in the garden; includes shots of a woman smoking and adults and children playing, John draws in the dust on a car. Includes scenes from a farm: cattle and horseriding. Continues with interiors of a sitting room - John playing and people sitting by an open fire. Ends with the family walking down a road. |
