Description

General views of the countryside are followed by the Barr family at Stonehenge. There is footage from a number of horse shows, one of which is in Worsley, with show jumping displays and decorated shire horses. The liner Queen Mary is seen in dock at Southampton and being towed out to sea [possibly maiden voyage 1936?]. Bernard Barr plays in the garden at home. In Platt Fields park, policemen and their horses are seen being put through their paces, jumping through flaming hoops and moving in formation.
