Description |
The opening credits are superimposed over the financial section of a broadsheet newspaper. There are views over London, people browse Petticoat Lane, Shepherd's Bush, and Portobello Road markets. Stall holders sell items which include clothes, hats, bags, jewellery, food and drink, pets, musical instruments, household appliances, furniture and ornaments. Passers-by watch road side attractions including street artists and musicians, and a group dance in the street. A man photographs the crowd. The end credits again are superimposed over a newspaper. |
