Description

As part of the Brew Wild project the first batch of honey pale ale is brewed at the Red Willow Brewery in Macclesfield. The various types of malt is added to the mash tub then the honey from Harpurhey, Heaton Park, Salford, Wythenshawe, Manchester and Longford Park is mixed then added to the beer. Hops and marjoram are added to the copper before being put into another container to brew for 10-12 days.
