Description |
Film of Durham Cathedral and its environs. The Cathedral is seen from a variety of angles - various masonary features and stained glass windows are seen in close - up. There is also footage of the interior of the Cathedral. The parkland around the Cathedral is featured , as is the River Wear. There are then scenes in and around Lanchester, near Durham. Features busy streetscenes and a modern housing estate. A woman is seen in one of the houses. Also features shots of a stream 'The Burn of Alderdene' and the various plantlife around it. |
