Description |
Past and present servicemen mark the 19th Anniversary of the Gallipoli landings, on board the 'Duchess of Richmond' cruise ship. They pass the Straits of Gibraltar and on the 25th of April a memorial service is held on the ship's deck. Wreaths to various regiments are shown in close up; including one dedicated to the Turkish soldiers that also lost their lives. Further footage includes informal shots of the men drinking rum and beer from an assortment of metal containers. |
