Description |
A visit to Palace Court, a residential scheme in Bolton town centre which provides accommodation and work space for practising artists and people involved in the creative industries. The scheme, devised by Bolton Council Arts Unit’s Percent for Arts team in conjunction with St Vincent’s Housing Association, contains apartments with both studio and living space. Visitors to Palace Court look round an art exhibition on display in the building, while some of those involved talk about the scheme’s development; others discuss about how this project can inspire similar facilities in other towns. |
