Scenes from well attended Whit Walks in Manchester featuring flower girls, boys brigade, clergymen, brass bands and various other groups and banners. The film also includes scenes from Boys' Brigade camps with drill exercises, horse riding, races, Wray Castle in the Lake District, rowing on a lake, hill walking and a visit from the mayor. There are also brief shots of a cricket match.
