Description

Crowds sat around in a large tree lined garden, a maypole is visible. The 1952 Rose Queen and attendents are seen before the 1953 Rose Queen and her party parade in front of the crowd. A man in a suit shakes the hand of the Rose Queen prior to scenes of children dancing with each other and around a maypole. A uniformed brass or silver band is seen playing and crowds are seen walking down a road. Ends with shots of people eating ice cream in a field with food stalls visible
