Description

In the 2nd year of the Brew Wild project we see the production of a Honey Pale Ale made in collaboration with Baytrees Bee Project, Blackjack Brewery and Reasons to be Cheerful Cafe. Kay Phillips takes Tom from the Blackjack Brewery to see the bees in Harpurhey then Tom explains the beer making process and the hops that are to be used to make the honey beer Next we visit the hives at Baytrees and discover the queen bee then in a kitchen the honey is extracted by a couple from the Reasons to be Cheerful Cafe. After tasting the honey we see the pouring of a pint of Honey Pale Ale at the Runaway Brewery bar and hear the positive comments of the drinkers
