Description |
The various stages of construction of Stretford House, a 23 storey block of flats built by Mathews and Mumby Ltd. of Denton. After soil samples are taken we see pile driving, the pouring of reinforced concrete, bricklaying, tiling, asphalting and glazing. During the opening ceremony of the show flats in Stretford House, crowds gather as speeches are given and the ribbon is cut. |
