Description |
Record of Sam and Edith Hanna's holiday, with two friends, to Germany and Switzerland in their Morris Minor Traveller. Visits are made to various towns including Freudenstadt, Lindau, Sedrun and Bern. Shots of mountain scenery, lakes, waterfalls and other grand landmarks sit alongside more prosaic footage of locals going about their business (such as haymaking and herding cows). The group also go on a cable car ride, visit souvenir shops, watch people water skiing and observe the carving of wooden figures. Contains brief footage of bears in a pit at Bern Zoo. |
