Description

A fire training exercise at the Vulcan Foundry in Newton-le-Willows. Men wheel out a fire pump from Fire Station 2 at the rear of the foundry, before unrolling hoses and spraying water over trackside sheds. The trainee firefighters then climb a ladder to take hoses to the roof of one of the main works buildings.
