Description

Scenes at Manchester Show at Platt Fields, Rusholme in Manchester. Young people watch a concert. Speech by a young homeless person about the 50,000 homeless people under-26 in this country. He talks about the Board and Lodging legislation brought in by the Tories which forced young people into B&B. Asks people to sign the petition to campaign against the legislation. Ends with an interview with a black family about the new legislation.
