Scenes of Southport flower show, with vistors looking around the exhibits; Southport motor rally, including footage of cars, participants and onlookers, also a rally parade, probably along the seafront; winter scenes of curling, hockey and skating on frozen ponds at Wrightington; carnival scenes (probably Wigan) and parade including participants in costume, horse-drawn floats and motor vehicles, at one point the mayor is seen giving a speech from his car. |
