Description |
Film of the Higginson family engaged in various celebrations and visits. Features footage of people having a meal to celebrate a 40th wedding anniversary (?) and children at a birthday party for Sylvia Higginson. Three generations of the Higginson family are seen in Harrogate. Derek's grandmother is seen relaxing and walking with her daughter(?). Derek is seen dragging a chair from a house. The family are seen relaxing in the garden of a house named High Lea. Continues with shots outside St Mary's Church Deane - guests and the wedding party are seen arriving for the wedding of James Fray and Cicely Rigby. People are seen leaving the church following the wedding. There is footage of Derek and Sylvia on a swing and a hammock. Closes with footage of a visit to a house in France (?), various family members are seen relaxing in a garden and picking grapes. |
