Description

TV documentary - narrated by Ludovic Kennedy - about cancer, its causes and treatment. Shot mainly at Christie Hospital, and Featuring its chief scientist Dr Laslo Lauter, it shows various experts at work and talking to camera about the subject. There is also footage of various experiments into cancer (forcing mice to breathe cigarette smoke, testing the effect of irradiated animals on other animals etc.) and also demonstrates the work of anti-cancer charities.
