Description |
Student documentary looking at the increase in the use of closed circuit television in Britain. The use of cameras in Burnley town centre to reduce crime is examined, as well as covert surveillance in the workplace and the reaction of residents to the introduction of cameras on a run-down estate in Manchester. Includes interviews with Simon Davies from Privacy International, who argues that the increase in the use of cctv is an infringement of people's civil liberties. |
