Description |
A parade in celebration of victory in WW2 by the villgers of Diggle with brass bands, cub scouts, children in fancy dress with floats and a Highland pipers band. The film ends with the Rose Queen being crowned and the fancy dress contestants being held up to the crowd of spectators. |
