Description

Elephants belonging to Bertram Mills Circus parade through the centre of Burnley as crowds look on. A policeman directs traffic before the elephants make their way towards the site of the circus where a sign is being hung from a tent. After a title/caption 'Ward/Wormwell August 30th 1952', the final section of the film (last two minutes) has a severe camera / shutter fault.
