The delegates are shown arriving in Hull, some of them forming committees which meet to plan the proceedings. The congress, held in the City Hall, is opened by the Lord Mayor of Hull and there follow scenes of the proceedings. There is an exhibition of CWS goods, and demonstrations of their products. |
