Description |
A look at the life of Congolese villagers living by a river/lake. Titles include 'A ferry'- carrying villagers and their bicycles, 'Dugout Canoes', 'Cotton' - men and women with large baskets of cotton, 'Native Chiefs' the villagers Chiefs ride past on horseback, 'My 3 ton Lorry', 'My Ford Pilot'- the car is onto a ferry then villagers walking with large bowls on their heads, 'Native Band' - boys dance to the drums of the band, 'More Cotton' - laden donkeys then loading the cotton onto a lorry. |
