Description |
A film about changing housing provision in Leigh. New houses are under construction, older ones both still being occupied and also being demolished, with close-ups of some of the decay - badly maintained rooves, collapsing brick work, and rotting woodwork. There are shots inside an old kitchen, and then scenes of a more suburban terraced street. The film ends with some cows. |
