Description

Scenes from St Anne's Fete spanning two years, featuring a woman called Diana wearing a white costume stood in a garden holding a flower posing and is later accompanied by a man called Pat as they both pose for the camera on horseback. They are seen riding amongst the carnival procession and at a ceremony collecting first and second prize from civic dignitaries. A procession including a fire engine and military vehicles make their way along the seafront followed by a prize giving ceremony.
