Description

A record of some of the demolition work undertaken as part of Preston’s Urban Renewal scheme. Houses are reduced to piles of rubble while some buildings still partially stand; demolition sites are littered with discarded household items and the occasional wrecked car. Away from the residential area, the film also looks at the abandoned docks. The soundtrack has a brief introductory VO and then music.
