Description |
Opens with electioneering footage in Lytham. Cars and houses adorned with placards are seen in the vicinity of a polling station. Continues with footage of the sea front before shots of a visit by Queen Elizabeth. She is seen being greeted by civic dignitaries before being driven off watched by crowds. The Auxiliary Fire Service is seen training and on parade in a variety of other Lytham locations. The AFS, along with many other civic and military groups, are seen in a procession before the film closes with a fire fighting display |
