Description |
The counting of votes at the 1950 General Election in Burnley. Three men get into a chauffeur-driven car which drives off down a cobbled street. The film cuts to the count (believed to be held at Burnley Mechanics Institute) where ballot boxes are delivered and emptied and votes are counted. |
