A parade makes its way through Colne as part of the Festival of Britain Celebrations. Crowds line the streets to watch the procession that is headed by the Festival Queen float and features people dressed in costumes to illustrate different countries. After a night-time torchlight procession there is footage of James and Esther Hanna by a lake and by the sea. |
