Description |
The film starts with the congregation of Bethesda United Methodist Church leaving the building after attending the last ever morning service and Sunday School on the 31st March 1957. Further footage includes the First United Service at Newchurch, 7th April 1957 and the last Bethesda Ladies Aid picnic at Harrogate and Knaresborough on the 30th May 1957. Concludes with pre and post demolition shots of a street in Boothfold, Waterfoot, in the same year. |
