Description

Scenes from a visit to the University of Salford by the Duke of Edinburgh - he emerges from a building to cheers from gathered well-wishers and gets into his Rolls. There are shots of various university VIPs arriving in morning suits in anticipation of his appearance, whilst in the background a student demonstration is going on about the lack of student representation on the University senate. Prince Phillip arrives, and chats briefly to some of the protestors.
