Description |
Exterior views of Camp Street Methodist Church, Salford are followed by scenes in Heaton and Albert Parks, of children playing in a schoolyard and exterior views of North Salford Youth Club. Various events in the life of the church - a Whit Walk, the formation of the Sunday School in 1951, a church fete and a trip to Southport. Members of the Women's Fellowship and church cricket team are also seen. Views around Manchester are also featured - ships in the docks, crowds arriving at Manchester Racecourse, Belle Vue zoo and greyhound racing, and Manchester city centre Coronation decorations . |
