Description |
Kay Phillips introduces a fundraising event to save the Ancoats hospital held at the Bradford Inn pub in Ancoats, Manchester, on 6 December 2014. She interviews various people about why they want the building saved and their personal memories of the hospital. Outside the hospital Kay interviews three of the women campaigners who have occupied the site and saved the building from demolition. With some lottery money gained Kay asks the women on their vision for the future of the hospital as a community centre. |
