Description |
Collection of family films begins with children and adults poking up their heads from behind a dry stone wall. Scenes from a holiday in Fleetwood, including donkey rides, are followed by shots of Blackpool seafront, a trip on the tower lift and rides at the Pleasure Beach. Three generations of Hannas are pictured playing in a garden. In a terraced street in Burnley, a young Robert Hanna dresses up as a policemen and there is a staged traffic accident. The Hanna children explore Heysham beach using a treasure map and try out swingboats and slides at a fairground. The film ends with footage of a military procession. |
