Description |
The film begins with cubs and scouts pedal-powered go-kart racing scenes. We also see the scouts marching band and prizes being awarded to the winners. We see the cubs and scouts at the railway station and then on the train. We see them at camp putting up the tents, and later we see scenes from camp. We see the scouts in their sleeping bags, washing up, preparing breakfast and washing in a stream. Out and about we see them involved in various outdoor activities such as rock climbing. The film ends with scenes of each scout returning home. One of the scouts appears to have ended up in hospital, we see a young boy sat in bed in the Westmoreland County Hospital Casualty Department accompanied by a nurse. |
