Description

This is the second part of a Gretney Walk Tenants' Association meeting including Harry Sherwood, where the tenants recount the history of the cockroach infestation which started in 1980 and how they were unable to get any action as each Department shifted them on to another - a policy of pay up and shut up. Different tenants tell their own stories of cockroaches, mice, asbestos and flooding, lack of heating and many others. They talk about the reaction of the Housing Office when they took cockroaches to their office and they share views about the process that has led to action taking place.
