Description

Celebrations in the Gribbons household and a procession and carnival queen crowning in Bispham. Scenes around the table at the 3rd birthday party of one of the Gribbon girls. A parade moves down Red Bank Road in Bispham and, after speeches from the mayor, the carnival queen is crowned. The girls are shown enjoying rides at a travelling funfair, before further party scenes back at the house, including family members posing for the camera. The Gribbons peruse a brochure about Australia and drink a toast before the film concludes with further family footage, some taken on Blackpool beach.
